“Finally There’s a Way to Give Your Drum Studio the Help and Connections It Deserves at a Price You Can Afford…”
***NOTE: This program is just starting, so the first 5 enrolments are FREE, and will stay free for your first 60 days. No credit card needed, you just need to click the “Sign-up” link further down the page. If you choose to enrol then you must participate in the program.
Dear Drum Teacher,
No one ever said running a drum studio was easy.
You knew there’d be challenges – finding students, retaining those students, creating a comfortable learning environment, getting students to pay their invoices on time (or at all!), and more…
No surprises there. All part of the game.
But here’s what you didn’t expect…
Just how ALONE you’d feel.
Day in, day out working on your business, wondering who to ask things like "is this offer good enough?" “how do I deal with problem clients?” or "am I going after the right market?" - and more…
Figuring it out by yourself is the slow, painful way to build a business. For every step forward, it’s a slog to make sure you don’t fall two steps back.
But deep down you know the solution to achieving more with your business. And it’s not due to lack of dedication or willingness to go the extra mile.
The struggles you have are because you don’t have access to the true “problem solvers.”
You know who I’m talking about.
They’re the kind of people with the expertise, experience, and knowledge you need in your corner helping you avoid unforeseen landmines.
The challenge is that these people are EXTREMELY hard to find.
And if you do find them...they’re probably not going to be interested in helping you for less than four figures per month or by joining one of their expensive Mastermind groups.
(Sorry - just being honest.)
So what then do you do?
Well, if you’re like most drum studio owners, you keep plugging away for years and years trying to build your business.
And one day you wake up to discover that you’ve either learned from the hundreds of missteps you’ve taken... or you end up barely getting by… or maybe even abandoning ship on your dream and going to work for someone else to build THEIR business…
Who knows?
Now there ARE two steps that consistently produce a successful business...
First, you find someone who has been where you are and has gotten to where you want to be.
Second, you reach out, build a relationship, then get them to teach you how they did it.
That’s the formula.
Is it easy? No way!
But does it work? 100%...
And it’s exactly why you see person after person joining communities, taking courses, and learning as much as they can.
Because a good networking group – led by a legitimate expert and LOADED with other experienced teachers – can cost A TON of money (sometimes tens of thousands of dollars) BUT is the fastest and easiest way to get access to the people who can help you grow your business.
Now…here’s an honest question for you.
What if there was a way you could experience the life changing transformations that happen in those expensive mastermind groups, WITHOUT having to pony up all that cash…
Would you be interested?
You’d get access to the best teachers, the latest marketing campaigns, A-level programs, and a community of drum teachers who genuinely want to help each other.
Life changing right?
There’s a reason a lot of those programs and mastermind groups are so expensive. They really work and the return on investment can be huge if you stick with it (and you join the right one - more on that in a moment).
Right now, this is all about you ===> the drum studio owner who knows you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
You’re someone who knows if you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room!
That’s exactly why I’m so excited you’re reading this right now...
My name is Brandon Goodwin, the owner of Studio Drum MTL in Montreal, Canada since 2016, a freelance marketer for over 10 years, and a professional musician for over 20 years.
As of writing this, Studio Drum MTL has 4 locations, 200+ active students, 9 teachers, and 3 administrators. Over the past 8 years we’ve taught over a thousand students, and now offer a mixture of private lessons, group classes, kid’s classes (even teaching kids as young as 2 years old) and more!
I know what it's like to have that level of excitement about your drum studio business, to put in the blood, sweat and tears to bring your studio to life… but then find out that customers just aren't interested. And I took action on this, to great result.
My studio didn’t really start growing until I invested in myself; first paying a lot of money to take private lessons from some of the top drummers in the world (notably Ari Hoenig, Dan Weiss, and Dafnis Prieto), and then investing in my own learning as a business owner (I’ve paid over $10,000 in business & marketing trainings to date).
Through my investments into personal growth I had the freedom to think of new ideas daily with phenomenal resources at my fingertips: the best copywriters, consultants, database experts, list mavens, personal coaches, thousands of articles and pieces of content.
What a playground for anyone who loves learning about how to make their drum studio thrive!
The path that my learning took was like the best amusement park ever for anyone serious about having a successful music education career.
And over my marketing career I’ve overseen: press releases, marketing strategy, social media management, and copywriting assignments in the following industries:
- Dentistry
- Tech
- Marketing
- Food
- Home improvement
- Music
- Music education (of course)
- Sports training
And more…
(Think it taught me a few lessons? You bet. What worked. What didn’t. What to test next.)
That experience was priceless… and impossible to duplicate unless you go through the pains I did for the past 10 years (including reading “The Robert Collier Letters” which is essentially 300 pages of ads about purses and fur coats…. Yes I read it cover to cover…. Yes I’m a bit crazy, I know).
I’ve got Google files full of notes, ideas, and successful projects I worked on— and it’s all stuff that I’m eager to share with you…
Why?
Because I took the hard road and know how difficult it is to replicate, I have found a way to pass on what I’ve learned from my mentors to you, and in a much (much) less painful manner.
Everyone I know in this business has learned from others.
They all discovered tremendous amounts of “do this, not that” wisdom by sitting at the feet of their own teachers and soaking up every bit of know-how they could.
Then, they took that know-how and applied it to their own unique situations and for their clients to "overdeliver" amazing results.
As a professional musician, I have performed in many different countries, and my jazz group B’s Bees has performed with Grammy-award winning artists Delfeayo Marsalis and Kebbi Williams, and has toured extensively in the U.S. and in Asia. It was originally from leading, managing, booking and doing all facets of marketing for my group that I cut my teeth learning how to run a business, without even knowing that’s what was happening. I kept calling myself an artist that took care of these things out of necessity. But what I eventually realized is that I really enjoyed the management aspect of running my band, and wanted to do it more. Which is why I started Studio Drum MTL, because I was tired of working for other music schools that we’re running their programs as efficiently as they could be. So I took the reins and went at it on my own. Am I doing a perfect job? Absolutely not! But I am doing something right, seeing how we have so many happy clients over the years :-)
Just check out some of the reviews about our studio:
It was only because they were building on the expertise of those who came before them that they were able to ascend to even greater heights.
Sharing the wealth of knowledge and experience I’ve gathered means much more to me than merely finding something to do to keep busy.
It’s become a mission – because of the current success and happiness as a drum studio owner, I’ve learned a critical lesson vital for every business owner to embrace:
You Must Have the Mindset of a Student
I still consider myself a lifelong student of drumming AND business. You simply HAVE to.
But here's another secret...and perhaps the most rewarding one of all...
As you learn and move forward, you also get to look back and help others in their journey.
As the great Jay Abraham says: "If you did it, you have an obligation to teach it."
But I wanted to do even more…
After 8 years of owning my studio, teaching thousands of hours, and interacting with incredible people everyday…
I still felt like I could do more…
After all, I have stood on the shoulders of my mentors and want to help others do it too.
Specifically, I wanted to help even more drum studio owners create their own successful studios, sell their own services & products, build growing businesses, and connect with a network of fellow drum studio owners to cheer each other on.
Because going it alone just doesn’t cut it – especially if there’s a better way.
And there IS a better way.
Instead of working as a “lone wolf” hunting for something to grow your business…
Imagine waking up every day, heading into the studio, and knowing in the back of your mind that you have a secret weapon.
This secret weapon gets you out of the “hacking” and “copycat” game so many others seem forced to play.
It even changes your language, because you now realize it’s not about “funnels” or “ninja” anything. (Those are just distracting buzzwords, not a true business advantage.)
Finally, you now have something and SOMEONE who can help you see three and four moves ahead.
Introducing
Drum Educator’s Network
(aka “The DEN”)
The Mastermind and Step-by-step course for the Next Generation of Drum Teachers.
Drum Educator’s Network is the group I created for the next generation of drum teachers – people like you who are looking to break free from the pack by leveraging “best-of-the-best” insights, strategies, and feedback.
To be sure, shortcuts to success don't exist.
But this comes pretty darn close.
Right now I invest over $1000s of my own money every year on learning resources such as books, courses and mastermind groups where other business owners share freely the latest and greatest ideas that are actually working.
And I figured out that creating the Drum Educator’s Network gave me the most efficient way to share these secrets at a price anyone can afford.
So What is the Drum Educator’s Network?
It’s a monthly subscription service that includes a detailed step-by-step course guaranteed to give you great results (if you actually do the work), weekly HOT SEATS with myself and other members, worksheets that will keep you organized as you work towards your goal, a weekly accountability call, and more…
To be clear, The DEN isn’t a canned, pre-packaged program I pulled together years ago and just keeps recycling. It’s my baby that I constantly nurture, feed, and grow. Because building relationships with amazing individuals, and watching them succeed by overcoming their most pressing concerns truly is a labor of love.
You won't have to struggle finding experts on social media advertising, business development, curriculum building, on and on -- because you'll be inside our inner circle where these kinds of experts are literally at your fingertips.
It’s a true COMMUNITY who will celebrate your wins, pick you up and coach you when you don't quite meet your expectations and challenge you when you need it. Imagine not having to be a "lone wolf" anymore, without easy access to mentors or a sounding board to bounce ideas off -- instead, you'll be a valued member of a tight-knit community willing to go the extra mile to help you succeed.
Finally, it’s a real, hands-on, experience each month, packed with exclusive training.
Drum Educator’s Network isn’t Like ANY Other Mastermind, Course, or Program You’ve Probably Ever Heard Of…
In fact, if you’re looking for an “ordinary” mastermind that charges thousands of dollars or more a year for a few calls and an in-person meet-up that’s more vacation than business… you can stop reading right now.
Because the Drum Educator’s Network isn’t anything like a “typical” group.
Being a member is like having a "Board of Advisors" made up of other drum teachers and tapping into the group's wisdom on an "as needed basis".
Here’s EVERYTHING Included with Your Drum Educator’s Network
4 Calls Per Month (roughly 1X per week):
Each call is LIVE and in case you can’t hop on, or have to leave early, we record every one so you won’t miss out. The calls are scheduled for 60-minutes each, with 30-minutes at the beginning of each call with either a special guest, or where we feature a different member each week.
I say “roughly one call per week” because sometimes things come up and we aren’t able to do them. When this happens I will send a custom webinar to you as a replacement.
So what do we talk about for those 30 minutes before the “real” call starts?
Everything and anything.
Got questions? Ask away.
Share your wins. Dreams. Challenges.
Need help with a letter? A web guy you can trust? Advice on a finding the right location? Want a quick round-table on a new product idea or slam-dunk offer you’re getting ready to market?
We have your back.
Basically, if you need help (and you’re happy to give it as well), you’ve come to the right Zoom screen.
Before you know it, 30 minutes or so has passed, your coffee cup’s half-full (I’m not a half-empty kind of guy, no way), and we’re off and running for our regular framework for calls.
Now every call’s different, but here’s what you can expect:
Private Notes from my own learning: It typically starts with me sharing stuff I’ve learned since the last call … strategies I’ve picked up from the different masterminds I’m in, big “aha” ideas I’ve discovered from experts in the trenches, and just noodling I’ve discovered on my own. No guarantees you’ll get anything life-changing, but as I mentioned earlier, I’m investing thousands of dollars annually on my education and I’ll be sharing the best of what I learn every month with you here.
Small Breakout Sessions: Many times we’ll take one of those ideas and run with it by dividing up into breakout sessions, where you’ll get a chance to interact directly with a small group of other DEN members for 20-30 minutes. HERE is where relationships are forged and partnerships are born.
Hot Seats: Then, oftentimes we’ll come back to do a couple “Hot Seats” with me and the group. And in case you were wondering, these HOT SEATS are more than just, "you get 5 minutes, now GO!" -- instead, I’ll review your hot seat proposal in advance, plan out a thoughtful, high-value response, and then lead the entire discussion to maximize what you get from the experience.
A Hot Seat means you get up to 15 minutes of concentrated time focused on you and your business…
Can you imagine what THAT kind of analysis and feedback could be worth? Thousands? Tens of Thousands? More
We will supply a form for you to fill out in advance for these “Hot Seats” to make sure you get the most out of them.Guest Experts: Finally, many calls also feature a guest expert from my network and focus on a particular topic of interest in the areas of marketing, customer acquisition or entrepreneurship – whatever happens to be their unique zone of genius.
These spotlight the hottest trends and issues in business and marketing today, such as email deliverability, productivity, social media, and more. We take what we hear from you to get the pulse on what’s causing your business pain, to make sure we find the specific experts to help provide the cure.
That’s a high-level view of what you can expect 4 times a month. And I’m committed to at least 60-minutes for every call…longer if needed… so make sure you come prepared with plenty of Joe.
Private Facebook Group
Remember how tough it can be to go it alone? No one understands the "Loneliness" factor of the entrepreneur like another.
Relationships are everything in business—I believe that there is “compound interest in your relationship capital.”
That’s why you'll have private access to members and special guests inside the The DEN’s Private Facebook group.
Inside the Drum Educator’s Network group you’ll be showing up regularly to ask questions, get feedback. There will even be a few surprise members inside who will be part of the conversation.
FREE DEN Accountability Pods
DEN Accountability Pods are weekly meetings where DEN members gather to hold each other accountable for reaching their business goals.
The purpose of these Pods is simply to get work done.
Ideas are great.
And we all have a ton of them.
But if they never get implemented, they're not going to help you, your business or your customers.
So our Accountability Pods give you the accountability, encouragement and ideas you need to keep pursuing your goals or course correct if that's what you need.
Each group has no more than six members to keep the group intimate and actionable.
Once you join the Drum Educator’s Network, all you have to do is let us know you want to join a Pod and we will work with you to find a Pod that works with your schedule. There is no additional cost to join a DEN Accountability Pod.

You don’t need to input a payment method until the 60 days are up, so no pressure to continue, and nothing holding you. Free access for 60 days and then we can talk at the end to see what you’d like to do.
I will say, and it does feel a bit awkward to say this, but if you don’t see results in the first 60 days then it’s probably because you didn’t show up (figuratively or literally). I’ll be giving you the steps, the tools, the resources, and the direct coaching to help you get your studio in the right direction and am very confident that I’ll be able to help you with many different facets of our studio.

You’ll never have to pay a penny more – all because you became part of the family!
And if you’re wondering....
"Can the Drum Educator’s Network
Actually Help ME?"
Let’s find out…
There are three types of people that the Drum Educator’s Network can help. Do any of these sound like you??
1. Established Drum Studio Owner:
You Have an Audience and Want to Scale.
If you already have a lot of students and want to scale (ie. add other teachers, studios, admins, etc…), you already have your most important asset ever: Your COMMUNITY (which, remember, are people too... they are your "drum fam").
If you want to learn how to get more from your existing customers and build a stronger relationship with them, the Drum Educator’s Network is the perfect place for you.
OR…
2. Growing Drum Studio Owner:
You're Not Brand New But
You Need Help Growing.
Maybe you’ve been at this for a while and you're a little stuck.
You know who your audience is, but your offer isn’t converting the way you want.
Or your list isn't growing.
Maybe it's something else.
Whatever it is... you want to grow faster than you are.
No judgment, that’s a very common place to be...and it’s easily addressed.
Sometimes it just takes punching up your marketing strategy, improving your retention rates, doing a makeover of your studio, or one of many other issues that can stop a studio from growing.
OR…
3. New Drum Studio Owner:
You're Just Getting Started and
Want Some Help.
If you’re just getting started, the Drum Educator’s Network can help you build the kind of studio you want and avoid the painful mistakes we’ve all made along the way.
Our member’s program will help you move forward with speed and confidence.
Now, you may be asking…
“Sounds Great Brandon,
But What’s The Catch?”
There actually is one, teeny, tiny little catch…
You have to SHOW UP.
If you want to get the most from the Drum Educator’s Network, you have to show up to calls (or listen to the recordings).
You have to ask for help.
You have to help others because that’s when you can learn the most.
So there is some effort involved. This isn’t “Done for You.” If you’re looking for some kind of EASY BUTTON to instant success, this isn’t it.
But if you’re looking for the right environment where you can surround yourself with a community of like-minded individuals who’ll support you in your journey to becoming the very best you that you can be, then you’ve found it.
The Drum Educator’s Network is the easiest and best way for you to tap into my years of experience as a drum studio owner with multiple locations, hundreds of students, a bunch of teachers and a few admins.
If you want to build the studio and the life of your dreams, you simply need to become part of the DEN family.
Of course, you have Zero Risk with our Guaranteed to Over-Deliver Promise…
We want you "all-in" and committed to letting us help you grow your studio. When you're part of the family, we go the extra mile to give you the very best care and service possible.
If you end up leaving, we will be sad to see you go...but we know both your membership and renewal are optional. and if you need to cancel, you can do some at anytime.
“Like Lightning In Your Veins”
Have you ever had an idea for an offer or promotion in your business that filled you with excitement and energy?
It's the kind of excitement that makes sleep optional because you can't wait to start putting everything together.
It’s like LIGHTNING in your veins
It's an amazing feeling right?
That’s a feeling you can get on a regular basis with the Drum Educator’s Network - a regular massive dose of connection, friendship, wisdom, and fun!
If you understand the value of having access to experts who’ve been where you are and know how to get where you want to be, then the Drum Educator’s Network should be an easy decision for you.
If you’re on the fence, here’s what I recommend...
Think about where your studio was this time last year.
Was it better, or worse compared to where you are now?
Are you happy with the results you’re getting?
Do you think you could be doing more to help your studio grow?
Are you currently stuck “getting by” and figuring everything out on your own?
Do you now have access to someone with a proven track record who’s helping you at every turn?
Our next call is coming up...because DEN membership includes live calls almost every week ... and I’d love to have you on the next one. Even if you just want to listen in.
That gives you plenty of time to see if the Drum Educator’s Network can help your business play a bigger game and reach its full potential.
Don’t Let This Opportunity Slip Away
If you’ve ever checked out other subscription or coaching programs, you could easily pay into the thousands of dollars for this. And you know what? People would buy it. More importantly, they’d earn all of that investment back as a result of joining.
But I want to deliver this much value and shock people at the same time with how affordable this is.
Think of it - most people spend $2,000 on a course and they’re done with it in a couple of weeks. Frankly, most of the time it never even got opened, just gathered dust. Or they pay $300+ per month for the same thing.
But with the Drum Educator’s Network, you get it at a fraction of the price.
So don’t delay - try it out today and let’s get started!
